The VBA will be launching a new and enhanced compliance certificate platform later this year. The change comes as part of VBA's commitment to improve our service to plumbing practitioners.
By launching a new platform, VBA aims to provide:
- A faster and easier method to purchase, allocate and lodge compliance certificates.
- A streamlined payment process with immediate notification of payment.
- More information captured and displayed on compliance certificates.
- The ability to amend compliance certificate details after lodgement.
To support a smooth transition to the new portal, VBA will be providing regular and detailed communications to all licensed plumbing practitioners in the lead up to the launch.
