We are currently seeking responses to a Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of External Technical Advisory Services (No. RFT-17-01-VBA). The purpose of the RFT is to engage contractors to provide a range of services to supplement the VBA's existing internal capability and support its regulatory requirements as set out in the Building Act (1993).

Services to be provided include:

Registered building practitioners

  • Fire Safety Engineers
  • Building Surveyors
  • Structural Engineers
  • Draftspersons/Architects
  • Domestic Builders
  • Commercial Builders
  • Quantity Surveyors

Non-registered building consultants and technical experts

  • Licenced Land Surveyors
  • Geotechnical Engineers
  • Energy Efficiency Experts
