Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey 2017

The Victorian Building Authority (VBA) has commenced conducting its annual stakeholder satisfaction survey. The survey has been undertaken annually since 2003.

The aim of the survey is to gauge participants' knowledge of the role of the VBA, their trust and confidence in the Victorian regulatory environment, and their level of satisfaction with VBA services and staff. QDOS Research is conducting the survey on the VBA's behalf.

A randomly selected sample of building/plumbing practitioners and consumers will be invited to participate in the survey. Therefore, not all building/plumbing practitioners will receive a request to participate. The VBA encourages candidates contacted by QDOS research to actively participate in this survey.
