Prosecutions

  • A builder and the company he was subcontracted to both pleaded guilty in the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court to carrying out building work without a building permit. Both parties were ordered to enter an undertaking with conditions of good behaviour, payments to the court fund, payment of VBA costs and requirements to comply (within 90 days) with an associated and outstanding Building Order for Minor Work.
