Complaints and Statutory Referrals

Two warning letters were issued to:

  • a building surveyor for carrying out the functions of an RBS when another RBS had already been appointed for the same work
  • a Domestic Building Manager for failing to pass on plumbing compliance certificates.

A third letter was issued for failing to provide a protection work survey and insurance prior to work starting.

  • Buildings assessed by Advisory Reference Panels: 8
  • Of the buildings assessed by ARPs, six were rated higher risk and two were rated moderate.
