Investigations (Building)

  • A building surveying company’s notification to a council under section 80 of the Building Act 1993 did not include information on the designated building surveyor.
  • Two building practitioners received warning letters for failing to comply with their respective Building Orders.
  • A builder received a warning letter for failing to call for a mandatory inspection.

Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal matters
