DB-M registration classes has ceased
The Victorian Building Authority (VBA) advises that registrations in the class of Domestic Builder – Manager (DB-M) ceased on 30 June 2022.
All DB-M registrations with no open permits attached were automatically ceased on 30 June 2022.
DB-M registrations with open permits attached can remain active beyond 30 June 2022 to facilitate the closure of those permits where transfer to an alternate registration class is not possible, however they are unable to accept new permits.
The VBA is working with DB-M practitioners who contacted us to advise they will have open permits beyond 30 June 2022, until closure of those permits has occurred.
