To make a drain booking, you must first log in to your VBA360 account.
To do this, select the Compliance Certificate you would like to book an inspection for. Once located, click on the 'Booking' link then enter the PIC Consent to Connect number, followed by the date of the inspection you require, the length of drain and the time of the inspection on the online.
To complete the drain booking, consent to the declaration and click submit
To lodge a compliance certificate, you must first login to VBA360.
After logging in, locate the Compliance Certificate you would like to lodge, then select the 'Continue' link.
Enter all the mandatory information, then press the Lodge tab at the bottom of the form.
Due to the systems dated technology, we are no longer able to provide IVR phone system.
You can access VBA360 via the VBA website. Once on the website, select the VBA360 icon located on the top right-hand side of the screen, and follow the prompts to register or log in.
You require an email address and User ID, which is your Licence number, to create your VBA360 account.
If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Sign in' button and then select the 'Reset your password' link on the login page.
Follow the reset prompts and a new password will be emailed to you.
Note: remember to check your junk mail if you haven't received an email within 10 minutes, in case it has been delivered there.
The email address you provide will be used to send confirmation of purchases, updates on relevant and practical information and to provide a new password if you forget or require a new one.
Once you have lodged the Compliance Certificate online, you will be able to download and/or print and send a copy of the lodged Compliance Certificate.
Otherwise you can provide the eight-digit number and the four-digit pin number which displayed on the top right-hand side of the Compliance Certificate.

Once you have provided these details, your customer will be able to look up the Compliance Certificate using the information provided.
If you don't have access to a Mastercard or VISA debit or credit card, you can organise a bank debit card, via Australia Post or your bank, which you can top up as required to use VBA360.
Yes – your credit or debit card details are only stored via the new Westpac payment gateway, a secure banking platform which supports all purchases made through VBA360.
To purchase a Compliance Certificate, you will need to login to your VBA360 account using your licence number and password.
Once you have logged in, select the 'New Compliance Certificate' button located on your homepage. From there, you will be able to complete the online purchase form by entering the property address followed by your payment details.
Note: you can choose to store your credit card details, allowing you to quickly complete all future purchases.
As you are required to enter the property address when purchasing online, the status of your newly purchased Compliance Certificate will be marked 'Allocated'.
The property address is entered at the time of purchase to ensure that the certificate relates directly to work being carried out at that property.
To ensure accuracy and effective records management, VBA360 requires you to enter the property address when purchasing a Compliance Certificate.
Therefore it is no longer possible to bulk purchase Compliance Certificates for different addresses.
Yes, this is completely up to you, however, we highly recommend you use all purchased, unallocated, certificates before purchasing a new one. This will ensure ease when managing all your certificates.
Yes, VBA360 allows you to transfer any purchased, certificate(s) to another licensed plumbing practitioner.
To do this, select the 'Transfer Certificate' button at the top of your homepage.
Special software is not required.
However, as VBA360 is an online product, you will need access to the internet using a web browser: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer, etc.
Yes - VBA360 is mobile responsive, so you will be able to use your smartphone.
However, having a device with a larger screen will be easier to navigate.
Yes - but when using VBA360 on an Apple based device, it's best to download and use the Firefox browser.
