Show Cause Notices
- 1 x CB-L for carrying out work without a building permit carrying out work outside of their registered class of builder, entering into a major domestic building contract that did not comply with the Domestic Building Contracts Act, failure to be covered by the appropriate insurance and engaging in false and misleading conduct.
- 1 x BS-U due to unprofessional conduct and failing to ensure the building work would comply with the permit.

- 1 x CB-U/DB-U practitioner was immediately suspended.
