Plumbing Audit and Inspection Checklists
The VBA Audit and Inspection checklists provide guidance only for Practitioners to assist with performance and compliance checks of Level 1 and Level 2 non-compliance.
Level 1 and Level 2 faults are defined as:
Level 1: A non-compliance that contains a health and safety concern to individuals or any person in the public and where the matter needs to be managed more seriously due to the level of risk and severity
Level 2: A non-compliance that does not contain a health and safety concern to individuals or any person in the public and where the matter does not have a high level of risk.
