Template Categories
Building Orders – Referral letter template
This template is for Property Owners to inform the Complaints and Statutory Referrals department of the VBA of a served building order that has not been complied with, and the time for compliance has passed.

This template is for Property Owners to inform the Complaints and Statutory Referrals department of the VBA of a Direction to Fix (DTF) that has been issues to to a builder, and the builder has failed to comply with the direction and time to achieve compliance.
