Notices of Decision
- A building surveyor was reprimanded, required to complete training, had a condition imposed on his registration and received fines totalling $15,000.
- A domestic builder received a partial suspension for a period of three years or until the VBA is notified that the applicable dispute resolution order has been cancelled by Domestic Building Disputes Resolution Victoria.
