Prosecutions

  • A Supreme Court matter (Argyrou v VBA) was dismissed by consent.
  • A plumber pleaded guilty in the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court to three charges, including two counts of failing to provide a compliance certificate, and one count of carrying out plumbing work (mechanical services) without an appropriate registration or licence. The plumber was fined $3000 and ordered to pay the VBA’s costs of $1007.
