A Supreme Court matter (Argyrou v VBA) was dismissed by consent.
A plumber pleaded guilty in the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court to three charges, including two counts of failing to provide a compliance certificate, and one count of carrying out plumbing work (mechanical services) without an appropriate registration or licence. The plumber was fined $3000 and ordered to pay the VBA’s costs of $1007.

Statewide Cladding Audit
Four inspections were completed across four municipalities.
Ten expert panels were conducted. From these, eight buildings were rated higher risk, one was rated moderate and one was low.
