VBA360 enables real-time processing and tracking.

Licenced plumbing practitioners can now purchase and manage all compliance certificates online.

Customers can now raise and track complaints online.

How do I access VBA's online system?

You can access VBA's online system via the VBA website. Once on the website, select the VBA360 icon located on the top right-hand side of the screen, following the prompts to login.

I've forgotten my password; can I still access the system?

If you have forgotten your password, select the 'I've forgotten my password' link on the login page, follow the reset prompts and a new password will be emailed to you.
Note: Remember to check your junk inbox if you haven't received an email within 10 minutes.

Why do I need an email address to access the system?

The email address you provide will be used to send confirmation of purchases, updates on relevant and practical information and to provide a new password if you forget or require a new one.

Will I need any special software to access VBA360?

No; but as the VBA system is an online product, you will need access to the internet using any of the following browsers: Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.

What if I don't have access to a credit card?

If you don't have access to a Mastercard or VISA debit or credit card, you can organise a bank debit card, via AUSPOST or your bank, which you can topped up as required to use VBA360.

Will my credit card details be secure?

Yes; your credit or debit card details are only stored via the new Westpac payment gateway, a secure banking platform which supports all purchases made through VBA360.

Can I use my smart phone or do I need a tablet or laptop?

Yes; VBA360 is responsive so you will be able to use your smart phone, however, having a device with a larger screen will be easier to navigate.

Can I use an Apple Mac or iPad to use VBA360the VBA online system?

Yes, when using VBA360 on an Apple based device, it's best to download and use the Firefox browser.
