Booking a drain inspection? Don’t leave it too late

Booking a drain inspection? All next-day drain inspections must be booked using VBA360 by 4pm.

There are several steps in the drain inspection booking process. If you are new to VBA360, or are booking a drain inspection for the first time, the VBA encourages you to start the booking process well in advance so you don't miss the 4pm deadline.

Don't leave it to the last minute.

Licensed plumbers and back office workers must be registered on VBA360 to purchase and lodge a Compliance Certificate and book a drain inspection.
